Nomination Questions

How are nominees selected and how does voting work?

Nominees are chosen through community submissions, regional judge panels, and industry recognition. Winners are determined by a combination of public voting, judge evaluations, and overall impact within the epoxy industry to ensure fairness, transparency, and true excellence.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes. Self-nominations are welcome. Submit your best work and the category it fits through the form above.

Does a ticket include a nomination?

No. Buying an entry ticket does not guarantee a Golden Pour nomination or a G.P.A. Trophy. Nominations are submitted and judged separately.

What should I include with my nomination?

Photos and video of the work, the award category, and a short note on the impact or craftsmanship. The form will also ask for certifications where relevant.

When are nominations due?

Submit as early as possible so the judging panels have time to review. Watch the event’s Instagram and Facebook for the current deadline.
