The Golden Pour Foundation was born from a shared vision to strengthen, unify, and elevate the epoxy industry through education.
Before the foundation existed, its founders—Eagle Kianes (Founder) and Diamond Janczak (Co–Founder)—were each building their own paths within the epoxy industry. Though their journeys began separately, both were driven by the same purpose: to see the epoxy industry grow with integrity, professionalism, and respect for the artistry and skill it demands.
Eagle Kianes emerged as an artist, installer, and mentor—pushing creative boundaries while teaching others how to refine their craft and build sustainable careers. Diamond Janczak brought structure, organization, and long–term vision, understanding that real impact requires systems, leadership, and consistency.
Together, they recognized a critical gap—one that lacked formal recognition and unified standards.
From this shared vision, The Golden Pour Awards (G.P.A.) was created—a platform dedicated to recognizing excellence and reinvestment in the future of the epoxy industry.
The Golden Pour Awards Live in San Antonio
The Golden Pour Awards will host its first-ever national event in San Antonio on October 10th, bringing together epoxy installers from across the country for a night dedicated entirely to craftsmanship and excellence. This inaugural gathering was created to honor the installers whose skill, creativity, and dedication elevate epoxy flooring into a true art form.

Epoxy installers across the country put in long hours preparing surfaces, perfecting blends, and creating designs that often go unnoticed outside the jobsite. The Golden Pour Awards exists to recognize that effort and celebrate the projects that truly stand out for their quality, creativity, and finish.
This event showcases the best installations of the year and highlights the installers who raise the standards of the industry. It’s a chance to gain recognition, inspire others, and have your craftsmanship appreciated at a national level.

Epoxy installers nationwide are invited to submit their interest in attending the first-ever Golden Pour Awards, a black-tie event honoring outstanding craftsmanship in the industry. This form allows you to RSVP your interest, but it does not guarantee a ticket, as capacity is limited and invitations will be issued to selected attendees.
